Not so scary because it exists or even that it is one of several images woven through a kitchy pro school prayer poem, but that it is a prominent feature of a missive with five “FW:”s, six white Jesuses, and a distribution list of 16.
What do images like this communicate to you? What do you think that the photoshopper was intending when he or she created the image? Why do people love these images? How do people use them to distance themselves from God?
And oh yeah, just remember, Jesus doesn’t give a poop about Alaska.
